CGS! Going Genting again..

Got into Crescent Girls' School, my second choice school! Actually I knew it, even thought it's just 1 mark, NY is real strict at it. Anyway, I went for the appealing interview, hope i'll succeed!

Think the teacher won't have a good impression on me. I was late. I reached at 10am thinking that registration wouldn't close that early. But it did. We seeked help from students, teachers, principal (which we thought was a teacher) and some clerks in the office. Some told us to go hall or office, others said "Check your what's you class and go to the classroom." Going around this three places round and round, we still didn't get registered. Luckily, we bumped into this teacher and seeked for help. We told her my class and "ordered" some girls to call the co-form teacher out to help me register. Mama and I were like "Finally..."
"难忘!"

Going Genting again for the third time of the year. "Celebrating" Christmas there. Hope there will be nice decorations. It'll be the first time for me to take the car which my parents are driving in a foreign country. At first I was a bit worried we would like exit from the wrong exits lah, and stuff like that. Not until I heard from my mum that an unknown uncle (to me) who goes up to KL just to eat a lunch or dinner and return to Singapore will be us, then I felt a bit more relieved. Hmm. Gonna make new friends? Hehe, all younger than be by 2 years. I'm not gonna play bowling anymore! For the first few times playing bowling, thought I was kind of pro. Until the last time at Genting, thinking that "Hmph! So embarrassed! Will nv play bowling again!" Of course i'll not be like that la. I won't play with the same people again though. Hehe, prehaps going for karaoke now. I have a very low voice like mum. So, sound like boy. But I still like singing.

Back from SZ!

I'm back from SZ, a series of unfortunate events happened though. First, my mum, who vomitted so many times on the plane! Next, my dad had food poisoning too. Luckily, not for me! Having stomach flu is real terrible. I had it twice before.

Anyway, the Shen Zhen, Hongkong, Zhu Hai and Macau trip is a man3 zai4 er2 gui1 trip for me! Espcially in ShenZhen and Hongkong. Bought lots of cute and cheap stuff, and most importantly my Truimph in the Skies DVD for just $8 SGD! When I asked the salesgirl how much was it, she said "40 yuan", I actually said "zhe4 li3 de4 qian2 ah?" Then I realised that I say someting stupid and saw her puzzled face. Without bargaining, I drew out the 50 yuan note from my wallet and got my 10 yuan change! I was so excited that time! Not sure if it's pirated, it comes with a cover. Doesn't look pirated. Maybe it's the "zhong1 guo2 ban3" ba! I also bought Rain CD (with cover too) and fu4 zi3 DVD! It's actually M18, but i'm still going to watch it ( I think....). The little boy is just so cute!

Think I should go ShenZhen and Hongkong every year before the next year to pick some cheap clothes! My auntie can bargain like crazy, till she lost her voice. Anyway, thanks to her. If not we'll not get such cheap stuff! We went to Hong Kong by taking a train. It's quite convinient, except that we had to fill in lots of forms and queue up at the immigration. It was my first time going nu3 ren2 jie1! And i love it! They have cheap and nice stuff and the best thing about it is that you can bargain, not like normal boring shopping malls.

Bored =(

I'm in love with a new drama again! Not from Taiwan nor Korea. It's from Hong Kong now! Yea. Again. It just keeps on going like that. How I wish the addiction will stop sometime. I would just fall in love with some dramas and get over it after the last episode. Just like Mr Fighting and Goong. =) Goong wasn't that fast though, I had watched it over and over again on Youtube. Ok, so now is that Channel U 10 o'clock show, Triumph in the Skies. The whole drama can't be found on Youtube. Hence, I was planning to rent that DVD to kill time and watch those episodes I missed when I was in India. So, I went to Bukit Panjang Plaza today, hoping to rent the DVD. And I went into a DVD/VCD rental shop.

As I was looking through the DVD/VCD boxes, I couldn't find the title "冲上云霄 ". Then I saw there were some HK drama catalouge, and I started flipping through it. Finally, I found that cover! I thought that I was SuReLy going to rent it. Until this lady came to me and asked me if I needed help. My mum asked her how much was the rental. And guess what she said? "$42" I was like "Huh? Must well buy it...." No refund (like books) or whatsovever ok! Errr, first time asking about renting DVDs, so a bit swa ku. Anyway, she said as the show is playing on TV, it's too hot and it's out of stock. So, I was kind of disappointed. Went to other shops to find, but to no avail. =( Sighh... A little bit disappointed. Hope I can still somehow buy or rent it.

Yipee!! Going Shenzhen on Monday. Sis going too. *Heng ahhhh* If not all aunties and uncles again, very 闷 . I can also hunt the Triumph of the Skies DVD!

That little boy who got Golden Horse Award is sooooooo cute! Have been watching lots of tv programs this few days. Feel like a 废人. Should find something better to do.

India trip, cool salon

Oooolala.. I'm back.

Went Delhi, Agra and Jaipur in India. Delhi was cool. A more modern, clean and hi-tec place than in Agra and Jaipur. But the air condition there was real bad. I guess it's PSI is about 200? Or maybe hundered plus. There many cars and factories in the city. Hence, it's very foggy.
Mucus--> Black

On the ROADS (not zoos) of Agra and Jaipur, you can see cows, lambs, monkeys, dogs, pigs, horses, donekys, camels (to transport wood,metal or animal food), elephants (not that often) etc. On the roadside, you can see house made of wood, salon with just a shelter made of hay (I think) and a mirror etc. The amount of rubbish on the roadside was just !@#$%^! The animals would stick their mouths into the big pile of rubbish and find food. Cows would just crossed the road when as they like. And cars would have to stop and give way to them as they are gods to them (Indians don't eat beef). People there would shape the cows' dunk into a shape of a big cookie, and put them on the top of their house's roof to dry them. Guess what the cow dunks were for. Not fertilizers, but to use it to start fire so that they can cook. They don't have gas like in Singapore, that's why.

On the roads in India, you can hear many beee beee, borrr borrr on the road. Drivers horn mostly because the car in front moves slowly and want to tell them to *siam*. "Please Horn" or "Blow Horn" can be seen the backside of huge trucks, telling other drivers to horn when they want them to *siam*. 6 to 8 people can squeezing in one tuk-tuk. The tuk-tuk is only about 3 or 4 seater? Also, people will sit on the TOP of the bus when the bus is jam packed. *Wah cow!*

Will post more of this trip tomorrow.

Went for hair cut yesterday. Wash and cut, $18 at Beauty World Plaza. It's the building next to the Beauty World Centre (the one with MacDonalds). It is so cool! Robots help you wash your hair instead of human beings.
