Chocolately 12

I'm 12 now.

It all started when I was watching tv. I was wondering "Where's my breakfast?", thinking Sasa had went market with my mum. Then I realised she walked pass the sliding door. I thought they were back. But I only saw Sasa, not my mum. Then, I realised she was washing the car outside. When she came in as asked me what I wanted for breakfast, I asked her, "Do you know what day is today?" "Saturday lorr.." she replied. 3 seconds of silence. "It's my birthday!" "Huh?" Followed by a handshake. Not a good start of my birthday right? Anyway, when my father woke up and came down to have breakfast, he wished me happy birthday and gave me an ang bao. Not a very bad morning heh..

I still had Chinese tuition on that day. So, quite sad lar.. Praying hard that they would not be any zuo wen.. And indeed, no zuo wen. Xing Ying then passed me my present. Its very cute. I was shaking the box. Then, I heard the "ding-ding-dang-dang" sound. I thought they were earings or whatever. She told me to open the box to see if I liked it. "Wow!" I saw this photoframe, with many hanging stuff around, which I thought were pendants. =P. Then, in the middle, I saw this neoprint, in a larger version of both of us. It was one of my favourite neoprints! One wrong answer of "Xuan Ju" caused Xing Ying to call me Prime Minister for the whole lesson. She was really quite high..

Went to pick my sister up from the hostel. We went to Crystal Jade La Mian at Great World City to have dinner. My mum said that as it was my birthday, I should eat some noodles. I supposed it means "long-live" right? Had Ben and Jerry's tooo. After walking around, we went home to cut cake le!

Do you know why is this posted so late? I acutally drafted a day after by birthday. But because of the pictures that I want to upload la.. Just two only leh! One's the birthday cake above and another one is the photo taken with my family. I tried uploading 4 times, but it just didn't appear! I'll try again. PSLE in 11 days I think. So teachers are giving like lots of practice papers and so on. But most importantly, must revise.. I'm still watching tv. :( Bad right. Anyway, its Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 7 pm at Channel U!! Ge dou tian wang! So nice! I just love looking at them fighting with the music played! Its last 5 episodes. After PSLE, I can watch Princess Hours le! Channel U shows rock!! Haha. Must chiong for the last few days le!!

Ok... It didn't work. Seems that blogger doesn't want me to upload that picture. So, I won't force it! Jay Chou's CD is veryyyyy nice. I like "ting mama de hua" most!

Guess what I have in my fridge? Vanhouten chocolates and Meji chocolate + Magnolia Gelato Chocolate in the freezer!! I'm gonna be a fat pig this month. Plus, my mum's and my birthday cakes.

I went out with my cousin to Orchard Road yesterday. Once I alighted the bus, I was like a tourist taking photos of Orchard Road using my handphone. As if I've not been there before. But look! The tree trunks are wrapped with some red poka-dots cloth. It's so cute, just like a red giraffe! And of course, flowers!! Pretty and colourful flowers!! How can I not take pictures of them?

The reason why my cousins brought me out is to celebrate my birthday! They treated me lunch at Coffee Club. As I love to eat mushrooms, I ordered a Mushroom Creep for my main course, and soup of the day which is mushroom soup!! That meal was so mushroomy. The Mushroom Creep sauce was sooo thick and creamy. I wonder if its cheese or something else. My cousins ordered macaroni and spaghetti plus chicken PIE and chicken BITES. Our table were filled with so many dishes. It was going to be a very full meal again! At last, we couldn't finish our food and da2 bao1. That's what everybody will do right? In order not to waste food...

Next, after having such a feast, we walked around Paragon. We went to World of Sports and they got me this pair of pink Crocs sandals for me! I used to think Crocs are for those people cleaning the toilet or selling stuff in wet market. Look at it, it has so many holes and it's waterproof. "For what?" I thought. But after trying a pair of Crocs, "Wahh. Shiok sia..." So I've changed my opinion of a typical pair of Crocs sandals. "Never judge a pair of sandals by its cover" Anyway, it was super expensive. But it's worth it. Your feet won't feel so 酸 after walking for a distance! That's good right.. Once my cousins bought it, I just wore it, dumping the pair of shoes I came with into the plastic bag.

Next we went to OG at Orchard Point as my cousin had to buy some undies. They also bought a dress and some toys for their/my niece and nephew. How nice is it to have 4 aunts that would buy you so much stuff....

My mum was at Plaza Singapura. We decided to walk to Plaza Singapura and look for my mum and dad! Then, Jing Wen smsed me asking me if I bought the Jay Chou CD. Luckily she reminded me so I could by it at Sembawang in Plaza Singpura. Once I reached there, I just chiong up to Sembawang. I'm such a loyal fan of Jay Chou.. XD

Yay!!! I'm so happy I've gotten his latest CD. It comes with a poster of Jay Chou's 帅 pose too! Once I got up the car, I inserted the CD and listened to it. 千里之外 is so nice. Not so weird as I thought. Jay Chou + Fei Yu Qing.... It turned out quite nice. Although I don't understand 10 words of Jay Chou's rap, the songs are still very nice. How I wish there'll be a Jay Chou concert at the end of the year!!

Crikey! (Word use by croc guy) The "crocodile hunter" has died. He was killed by a stingray! It's a passive sea creature which attacks when threatened. He left a wife and 2 children, aged 2 and 8. Its really a sad thing that his children have lost their father at such a young age. "Croc hunter" is soo brave.I bet he's 100 times braver then me. He dares to handle animals from snakes to crocodiles to cheetaha? While I get so freaked up when I see crocroaches, hear the buzzing and hissing of dragonflies and lizards. He died at a young age of 44. On MSN, a number of my contacts put up the turtle emotion including me. Just can't believe that he's DEAD.

I was shocked to hear that. I was actually half-asleep in the morning while listening to 933. I'm used to listen radio from the time I sleep to the time I wake. As glass panels are around my room, the sun shines in and i'll be half awake. I happen to hear Ling Zhi talking about the croc guy, saying that he died. I was like !!!! Another male DJ Zhi Yong said taht many of his friends on MSN also put up the turtle emotion.But as I was still half-asleep, I didn't really hear properly. It might be a dream.. But of course, it's not.

Once I was fully awake, I went to the computer. I tried going yahoo.com.sg to see if the croc guy dying thing is true by looking through the news section. But to no avail. I tried TODAY. Under "NEWS PUBLISHED IN TODAY", I clicked the Text Version.. At the headlines section, one of the articles i saw was "'Crocodile Hunter' Irwin killed by a stingray". So I was like "OoOo... Its true........ That's :("

Ai yahh.. Stop talking about sad stuff. Let's listen to a happy song!! "Let's the 红est female popstar! SUN YAN ZI!! FIRST DAY!! 第一天!!"


Ok. Don't talk about that le. AHHH. Its September holidays and I think i'm just slacking like hell I think. My eyes were sticked to the tv. Watching Amazing Race and blah blah blah. Guess what I had for lunch? I had KFC. And it's DELIVERY. The person asked for my phone number. I just told her. KFC delivery has a record of my old old house, but of course, I had to tell her a new one. My all-time favourite of KFC is POPCORN CHICKEN! So I ordered the Zinger Burger for Sasa, plus this drumstick and whipped potato. While I ate chicken nuggets and LARGE POPCORN CHICKEN. Guess how much it was? $15 + don't-know-how-many cents! So expensive right! Ai yo.. My maid wanted to use her salary to pay. Upon hearing the cost, she was like :O! But later, she gave $5 and took $10 from the drawer where my mum left some money for household needs! Just recieved a long-distance call from Beijing. LOL Guess who's that? DAD...

Went back to school for supplementary as Mr Ting missed his lessons when he went Nanjing. My parents are away at Beijing, so I had to take bus to school. I'm so glad its school holidays. If not I would have to squeeze in that small moving container in the morning. We just went through practice papers and PSLE booklet. Siling claimed that she has Denkue Fever. So she was pretty high just now. I think her fever has got her brain "burned". After supplementary class, we went to eat. All the coffee shops at Corronation were packed. Too bad. We went to eat this Penang thingie next to Corronation. The stuff there were so expensive. Luckily Xingying's mum foot the bill. If not, I would have about 1/4 of money left. Actually I could afford it with my money too lar. Hehe. I ate Seafood Horfun. It took me ages to finish that sticky Horfun thing. I was afraid I couldn't finish the whole thing. So I just ate the 料 first. "Eat the most expensive stuff first...." Jing Wen left earlier as she had tuition later on. After I had finished the Horfun and SUPER sour lime juice, we left the restaurant and went home.

Learnt today: Motorola's bluetooth is 超 slow.
Our gentle-sweet-sweet Jing Wen scribbled on Xing Ying's hand. LOL
