除夕,初一,初二,初三农历新年

Haha.. I love this Chinese title. Its Chinese New Year!! YAY! Start from 除夕, I had my little reunion dinner at Great World City. My father said that when he was young, he and his siblings or whoever liked to go to Great World City as there will be pretty decorations and lots of shows. They would just hop up on the lorry and go. That's why every Chinese New Year he would like to go to Great World City.. I like Great World City too.. Lots of favourite shops of mine, plus the strawberry yougurt! YUM.. What do people like us do in reunion dinner? We 捞余生.. Different ingredients have different meanings. I don't really like to eat余生 , but I ate quite a lot. I love the "黄金". The "biscuit", so tasty. MmMMmm.. What a dinner! But the shops are all closed.. So sad. NEXT DESTINATION: 牛车水 We parked our car at a shopping centre there. Squeezed with everybody, found a spot and stood for more than an hour waiting for the 鞭炮 to be lit. While waiting, we bought those $1 ice-cream and eat. Its so nice. Peppermint and chocolate........ After an hour, biacbiacbiac.. 爆竹和烟花终于被燃放了!It was so loud. If you didn't cover your ears for 10 Seconds, you'll go deaf. WOW! Pretty.

初一: My father's side relatives came! Those young ones were all upstairs, playing computer. Playing the Garfield thingie. I just stand aside and see them play. But had fun lar. =) NEXT DESTINATION: BIG REUNION DINNER. My father's side relatives went to Five Star to have reunion dinner. 2 big tables. 捞余生. That's a real reunion dinner. NEXT DESTINATION: Auntie and Uncle's House. There were 4 Schnozars. They were so cute. One puppy. They were so 乖 and cute. They have a golden retriever too. Its very thin. Its called GOLDEN. It puked blood on
除夕. That was what they said. What we did there were sitting down, patting the dog when the dog came walking around. Chatting, laughing, eating. WOW! What a fattening day! When my whole family drove back to home, there were like no cars. All windows were opened. ZOoooOMM. It was so cold. STRONG WIND. Real strong.

初二: Tell you soon. Pictures may be uploaded at my Shutterfly.

23/1.. Uhh=(.. Down with fever

Why must my fever continue when i've competition today? My fever started yesterday. I was supposed to go to my Auntie's house. And because of fever, I had to stay at home and rest. But I never slept. I thought its just a light fever and would get well soon. So I didn't bother to rest in the afternoon. I only ate medicine. I don't know why do I feel more energetic after eating my lunch and medicine. So of course, I couldn't sleep. I thought that I would get well today and go to school. Most importantly, play in the competition. But one night's rest, my fever was still running. Or say IS still running now. So I didn't go to school. Early in the morning, I went to see the doctor. He just prescribed some medicine but did not give a jab. Phew. I was planning to go school at 12.30pm just to play in competition. My mother asked the doctor if I could go competition, he said NO and said that I cannot go school for 2 days. Today and tomorrow. So now, the senior girls team are playing the tournament. I hope they will win. When I went training on Saturday, my coach said that " You all better not fall sick during this few days ah." Sadly, i'm the unlucky one who falls sick.

Hey chilli baby.. Thanks lotsss for you encouragement. So sad today. I can't go competition. Anyway hope that they would win !

Although we lost to Keming, it does not means that we will lose to other schools. Although we've lost to Keming, i've learnt that coach's advices are very important. It was because of my coach's advice, then I became brighter and won the second and third set. At first, everybody were like "Oh shit! The coach is coming. If we lose, he will scold us one." I didn't want the coach to come to, but after he came, I then realised how important is a coach. Its ok if our team does not get any medels/trophys. At least we learned something.

The next day after the competition was the P6 Star camp. I started packing at the night. But luckily, I didn't miss out anything. At the first day of camp, we went to the Life Science Trail at Macritche Resevoir for the whole afternoon. It was burning hot. There were lots of insects and stuff. At the end when I boarded the bus, I was like "Phew." When we reached school, BATHE. The whole primary six girls were to bathe in 12 toilet cubicles. But of course at different times. When my friends and I reached the girls toilet, "OH MY GOSH" There were so many people queuing up. Nobody used the boys toilet while we were supposed to used it. When some of the girls went in including me, there was a toilet cubicle door closed. We asked if he or she was a boy or girl. No reply. But someone was definately bathing there. Some said was a boy, some said was a girl. When the person came out, it was a boy. , I wasn't worry that while we bathe inside the cubicles, boys would come. It was because after girls had gone into the toilet, more girls would start to queue at the boys toilet. Anyway, boys should know that boys toilet was for girl's on that day. After the bath, we were supposed to find the person who was kinapped from our group. We had to do some missions and tasks. That really tested our teamwork. FUN! We were the last group to start, but we came in 3rd! Our dinners and lunches are are catered. Not bad. There were Western and Chinese style food. The next day, we went to Sentosa to play Amazing Race and Dry Rafting. As for Dry Rafting, we used 4 bamboo sticks, 16m of rafia string to make. Everybody must stand between the raft which was made up by 4 bamboo sticks and rafia string to make and use the given waterbombs and guns to shoot people's target board made of newspaper and muskin tape. In my group, some people complained that water bombs was thrown on their faces which were not allowed. I was almost drenched as a water bomb flew and hit my side part of body. The sun was scorching. It was so hot. So it was quite cool when the water bomb hit me. I have sun burns too. My cheeks are so red. My coach teased me and said that I had put something that the stars use to make their cheeks real red during today's training. Next at Sentosa, we played Amazing Race. We had to solve problems and run arround. We went almost to the whole of Sentosa. But acutually, it wasn't that nice. Not bad though. At the sleepover in Nanyang. Jing Wen, Siling and me were sleeping together. It was so fun. We smsed, laughed and giggle. And they knew a big secret of me that night. We slept at 12+ and woke up at 3am because the alarm clock was put in the middle of the classroom. Everybody woke up. So when I came home, I slept at seven to the next day seven.

Monday! Competition. Hope we'll win!

Sigh.. Ai ya..

I'm so fed up about badminton stuff. Really very fed up. I'm so afraid that we cannot even get the 4th place in West Zone. Even our opponents have changed. The competition will start next week. I think the first match is against Ke Ming, a school that we've lost to last year the the West Zone Games. Actually, we do not have enough senior members in the senior team. So we've to pull those REAL young ones to play for us. And they're not really experienced. My school is providing badminton school team members with competition T-Shirts, shorts, racket bag and shoes. I can't believe it. It may seem good. But if the senior team which means my team, can't even get 4th postion in West Zone. We'll be like disappointing the school? My hope to in to the Nationals is even slimmer. Hope luck will be on ourside!Another thing is that my camping date clashes with my badminton tournament. My coach said that the school would change the date of the camp. So if we lose, again, we'll me disappointing the school despite of those "special" arrangements and stuff. I guess there will be more presure going competition this year than last year.

The second week of school opening, I had to do essays and 20 grammar worksheets. That's lots of homework to me. Extremely lots. One of my Chinese homework this week is to write an essay about my favourite character in the "Three Kingdoms" history. I don't know who to write. I guess i'm writing "Zhu Ge Liang". I think his the smartest among all the characters. So, i've started reading a little bit of "Romance of the Three Kingdoms" to get some idea what to write. In school, there're many funny things. But of course, there's pressure. Sports day is coming. I doubt I can take part in any of the events. But I hope I can take part in long jump, I love long jump most among all the events. But I only know my running sucks.

8/1.. Presenting you my latest invention!

PRESENTING YOU MY LATEST INVENTION!!
One said:"I've tons of earings. Where to keep them? Where?" If you've encountered such problems and doesn't have a earing stand like this, your saviour is here!! Follow the instructions to make a D.I.Y earing holder.
here. I'm going to teach you how to make a earing holder by yourself. First, buy those wrapping plastic, used to wrap books.Second, card the size of the plastic you one to put your earings.Third, sterilize all of your earings and poke it into the wrapping plastic. Put it neatly of course. Not like the earing stand above!

Ain't this collection of earings nice? Look at this example. Isn't it nice?

I went to watch Ren Ci Charity Show yesterday. Its so good. I could get to see them pretty closely as the theatre was quite small. S.H.E were so pretty. I love Ella's sneakers. Shiny gold colour. I love Hebe's top. But Selina's socks suck. Pretty good experience.

School Reopens!!

I was almost late today because my mother woke up late. I had to call her up. Last night, I was in bed at about 10 something. But I was awake till 11 something or maybe 12 or even later. So pretty tired today. My favourite black clip has disappeared. Its not too tight for clipping, and not too lose for cliping. And its suitable when i'm having training like running around, it won't drop or stuff like that. Sigh. I can't find a suitable clip. I can only use those lousy clips I have at home. My class form teacher was my Chinese teacher last year. I'm so happy that she will be teaching us again. She's one of the best teachers i've ever met! As for my Mathematics and English teacher, they're quite funny and friendly. This is the first time for them to teach me. I hope I can understand them more and of course, less scoldings. I've been elected as a monitress. There was three nominations, two of them backed out. So I was the only one left. I don't know if I can manage it, but i'll try my best. I hope I won't get in to any trouble or forget anything the teacher has told me to do. And once again, i'm sitting right at the back of the class. Most of the time in my class, I would either sit at the back or in the middle. Never once in front I guess. Eyesight. My eyesight is not really bad, so sitting behind is quite usual for me. I don't need to squint or whatever. But I guess my eyesight is failing a little. Especially on my left eye.

What did the teachers say? My form teacher which is my Chinese teacher said, try our best in PSLE(Primary School Leaving Examination). If I think that I could go in to good schools, go ahead. If I think that I won't really make it in good schools, go to those average schools. She said she won't compare the results with other class. As long as we do our best. If you just go in to those good schools just for "glory", you may not be not suitable. A school is like a pond. If you are in a good school, you are like a shrimp. But if you are in a average school, you're like a big fish. Depends on our results. Our Mathematics teacher asked everyone what's our aim for PSLE. Majority of us said A*. She said that she could pull up our results if we work hard and pay attention to her lesson. She also said that in the two classes that she taught last year, less than 10 of them got a B in the two classes. Our English teacher tried to remember everyone's name. And she did it. Haha. Quite a funny teacher too. I guess our English and Maths teacher this year are quite confident about teaching us well. So hope so!

As for my Science teacher, he taught me when I was Primary 3. He was quite funny too. So not much doubt that he won't make the Science lessons fun. I really wish I can get A*s for my results under the teachers' guidance and get into my dream school!
