23/12.. Friday..

I had a friendly match today at Red Swastika. So all the school team memebers had to meet at meeting point at 8am which was so early and leave by 8am. How did we go to the school? Car pool. We took this parent voulunteer's car which my friend said she drove very fast and my friend was a little afraid. Anyway, we had our seat belts buckled! At Red Swastika Primary School, I played singles with a little boy. Results: draw. No rubbersack.. So sad. I could have win him. There's still a friendly match on the 29th December. None of the girls are going. Can put nail polish le!! I went to trim my hair today. As in layer it. I've lots of hair. Its like LOTS. No choice but to layer. I'm little worried that I couldn't tie my hair properly when school reopens and end up like a crazy woman. But the hairdresser said that she would trim inside and not to high. So it should be ok. After trimming, the hairdresser plug an appliance, the one that has two mental planks. When you plug the plug into the plug, it would like steam up and she used that to "clip" my hair moving up and down to make my hair straighter. But of course, after bathing, it'll be gone. Nice experience.

Yesterday, my mum and I made "tang yuan", rice balls.. We didn't know that we are not supposed to make tang yuan as my grandmother had just passed away at September. My uncle and my father asked my mum to throw away all those tang yuans, but in order not to be wasteful, my sister and my mum ate it secretly. And yesterday, I just heard that we couldn't like "celebrate" traditional Chinese festivals for THREE YEARS. When my mum told me, I was like "Who set the 'laws'?"Chinese New Year also cannot recieve ang pao from other people.. But my parents would make an exeception=).

The same day yesterday, Jingwen, Suzanna and I went to Plaza Singapura to shop, watch movie and take neoprints. The first thing we went to the basement floor. There's a shop that sells ear rings, those dangling ones. 3 for $10. Buy 2 get 1 free. I bought 2 and got one free one for Jingwen. Mine look like that.






I scaned it in. I was afraid that the covering up thing would squash my earings, so I held it up. And that's the efeect of the white "curtains" behind. By the way, the hooks are so long. After buying earings, we went to take neoprints. I'm gonna scan it again!!

This two are the results of taking neoprints at to different neoprint stations. After taking the neoprints, we went to KFC and ate Popcorn Chicken and Cheese Fries. After eating, we just walked around. Lucky Suzanna got to do express manicure.. I wanted to do express pedicure which cost $18, but my mum didn't allow. Time's up for the movie!! We watched Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe. I find it not that fascinating, a little disappointed. Probably because I had read the book before. But its still quite nice. We bought a giant combo of popcorn, drinks and Chronicles of Narnia's playing cards.. I took the playing cards. As for the popcorn, we did not even eat half of the whole pack. After the movie, we went arcade to play. Not really play, but only Jingwen and I played car racing. My postion was 29 or 27 out of 40 racing cars. Ain't it lousy? When I got down the car seat,the popcorn toppled over. But none of us bothered to pick it up including Suzanna's mum. So we just left it there and walked away. After playing in the arcade, that was when we went to took neoprints again. The second round. So we had spent $19 on the neoprints. After taking the neoprints, Suzanna went back. Left with Jingwen and I. So we just walked around. Then, my parents called and said that they would be eating at the food court in Plaza Singapura as i'm fetching Jingwen back as well. So we had dinner there. After having dinner, I told my mum that there was a Blum shop which sells dresses and gowns as my mum is going to "Golden Age" and sing. She tried so many many dresses, none of them really suits. The shopkeeper thought that Jingwen and I are the children of my mother. And she said that Jingwen and I looked alike. We were like " Huh?" While my mother was trying tons of outfits, I begged and begged her if I could do and express pedicure. She just didn't allow. When she finally finished trying, I was like so angry as she did not buy anyone of them after trying for such a long time. Very soon, we just went back. I fetched Jingwen to my house and we waited for her mother to come and pick her up from my house!! The shopping trip was officially ended!!

After bathing and whatsoever, I went to Macdonald's. Just had fries and Mc Wings. Mc Wings rocks. But high in cholestrol and fats. So better not eat too much..
