had training today. so we ran the lanacake road again. the steepy slope. then we went back ny to do PT. played captain's ball which i really suck it it. xP went gym room to do stuff afterwards. went back boarding school and started normal training.
came home. completed my zuo wen. went for tuition.
in tuition, just normal tuition lor.
then ate at macdonalds.
i'm such a fussy customer.

1. fillet-o-fish without sauce [i don't like tartar sauce. & its always piping hot]
2. fries without salt [piping hot fries :D + healthy]
3. lemon-tea without ice [mum doesn't want me to get brainfreezed. :]

and macs is so stingy nowadays. they only give 1/2 a cheese.

went home and started watching campus superstar all the way to 11pm.
